On my AVG Internet Security, my scan history shows a ghost icon with a rede exclamation point for boot scans or deep scans. What does this icon mean?

It says 0 infected files found. It is concerning that I have the scan set to run daily and an error occurs almost every day. It makes me wonder if something is wrong with the AVG product.

This(Ghost icon) is special case which occurs when there was an error in scanning file but no threats were found.
The icon should indicate that something went wrong with the file but not threat.
