Do you have any third party security software installed on your device?

Reinstall AVG Internet Security as suggested here:

I having trouble installing the program.
1. I received the GIVEAWAY - AVG Internet Security 2019 program with a key license and is not recognized. I am disappointed .
2.I wrote and left Visa Card information for the trial and again I have problems. The program gives errors, does not load …
Please tell me how to proceed.
3. Cancel the free trial and activate GIVEAWAY.
4. Why does not the program install? If I can't have one from this 2 , I will have immediately cancel the free trial.
