We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We request you to repair both the "AVG" and "AVG Protection" by following the instructions below:
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select AVG in the list of programs. (NOTE: After repairing the "AVG", repair "AVG Protection" in the list)
4. Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
5. Select Repair.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
7. Restart your computer.

On start-up, Protection is turned off. Red exclamation mark appears in Zen interface. I can turn protection on manually, but this raises doubt about protection during start-up. And it's a nuisance as well. Why would this be happening? Running Windows 10; upgraded to Ultimate a week ago. Any help appreciated.
