Gmail being blocked by firewall

Hello David,
I'm sorry to hear about this. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access Gmail with enabled AVG Internet Security/Firewall.
Best regards,
Alok.

Any news on the devlopers sorting out AVG blocking gmail?

My gmail is being blocked by firewall I have disconnectd the firewall and it works, I have also as previously checked network profiles setting and it is already on private, did change to public and back with a restart but still blocks while firewall on. can you help

Thank you so much for providing screenshots David, and also thank you for the confirmation that the Network profile is already Private.
I can see that the system rule: "Allow Windows files and printer sharing", "Allow remote desktop connections to this computer" and "Allow stealth mode for public network" are "Not configured". I request you to click on "Not configured" button and select "Enabled" for all three Rules. After that, please save all the settings and check if your Gmail is working fine with Enabled AVG Internet Security.
Best regards,
Alok.

Not sure what you mean with teh last bit with system rules as my window doesnt look the same. Network from public to private was on private anyway.Screen shot

Network was on private and teh last bit system rules appears different. can you advise.

I see that the case is still being analyzed by the senior team. Once a solution is provided, you will be contacted via email with the necessary information. Your patience is much appreciated.
