Going round in circles

Hi,

I recently paid for AVG Ultimate.  When I try registering it it says it is already on my account.  I go on my account and am told I don't have a subscription.
I contacted AVG who say that it is working even though it isn't listed but my laptop keeps showing a warning saying that AVG has expired and it is unprotected.
What should I do?
