Good evening. I renewed my license in 2017. The date of my invoice is 18/07/2017 for two years. Why now my license expired in 28/02/2019?

Perform an AVG update and restart the computer to check the status.
Open AVG Internet Security interface, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Update".
Perform both program and virus definitions update.

We request you to perform the activation using the license number and check the status.
Click on "Enter a valid activation code" option in "my subscriptions" window of AVG Internet Security.
After entering the license number and activating it, check whether it shows the correct expiry date.
We have sent the license number via email. If it is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
