Hi All. Please could you help. Google Authenticator updated a few days ago and wiped all of my 2fa codes including AVG. Now I can't sign in to AVG. Please may I ask how I go about arranging for someone from AVG to reset my account so I can regain access to my AVG account?
I have been speaking to Google but it appears as though my authenticator codes have been lost. I didn't have backups which was stupid of me. I will be using Microsoft Authenticator from now on. And making sure it's backed up
