I have Google AVG on my Windows 10 PC; switched to Google AVG a couple months ago.  This morning I clicked the fb posting link on a CBS news site and the entire Google AVG browser disappeared.  I restarted my PC, implemented the AVG Repair solution and restarted again.  Google AVG still won't open.  I'm now using my old Google browser sans AVG.  Please help.

I did as you suggested.  My PC is very slow and I assumed that it was because the newly reinstalled AVG Google was getting adjusted.  I've been using the reinstallation for hours and it is still pretty slow.

Also none of my passwords came with the reinstallation.  That is a real pain in the neck.  If you can't tell me how to get all my passwords from my old Google browser into the AVG one, I will have to remove AVG and just use my old Google browser.

Before reinstalling your AVG Secure Browser, did you log into your AVG Secure Browser using an email address and sync/save your browser data (bookmarks/passwords)?
If you did, please log into your AVG Secure Browser using that email address & check if your saved passwords are available.
