Google Chrome and Edge failing except AVG Browser

Hello. The company I work for has an online class platform. Every user is able to use Google Chrome and Edge without any issues. However, I am encountering issues while having AVG as my computer security. AVG browser when using the online class platform does not encounter connection issues and viewing PDF documents.

Initially, please clarify whether AVG Secure Browser is set as the default browser on your computer & whether you use free AVG Antivirus.
Please let us know the version of the AVG program (Open AVG - Menu - About). 
Also, let us know what happens exactly while accessing the platform on Chrome & Edge browsers. Do you receive any error message?
If so, please share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Meanwhile, you can temporarily disable AVG protection & then try to access the online class platform in Chrome, Edge, to check it helps.
