some days ago,my computer started flashing and buzzing.it informed me that I had a virus,and gave out an 800 number asking to call for help. the 800 number belonged to mcAfee anti virus.However my anti virus company is AVG.  I am contacting you on my new computer,by the name of King Lear,which is working fine. I am very concerned about some valuable files on my old computer.please help.
