Google Drive not syncing

Hi, Ann.
We're here to help. Please open AVG PC TuneUp, click Speed Up > Background & startup programs. In the list of programs that were put to sleep from running in the background, check Google driver is sleeping and wake it to resolve the issue.

PC tune up asked me about stopping Google Drive syncing.  I accidentally told it to stop and can't find it now to keep it running. I can go into Task Manager & reactivate it, but it seems PC Tune Up turns it off again when I reboot.  help please.  I saw someone asked about this, but I don't see an answer.  It just tells her go to to a link.  When I tried to respond to their post and then log in, I can't get back to the question, so I'm posting a new one.  thanks.

Is it listed as disabled under the startup tab? Please try to remove it from the startup items and check.

I didn't get a chance to follow your Rescue Center suggestion, as we were out of town yesterday, but today when I turned on my computer the Google Drive icon was where it was supposed to be .  So I'll see how it goes tomorrow.  So far, all is well.

yes, that's what I tried before I emailed you.  Google driver isn't listed in PC TuneUp at all.  
When I go into Task Manager/start up, it's listed as 'disable'.  I re-enable it & reboot. Voila~ I see it in the bottom right taskbar, 
When I shut my computer down at night & turn it on the next morning… it's gone.
I really need my files to backup every night, just in case I have a major issue with my computer.
any suggestions? thanks

In Task Manager my only option is to enable/disable.  No option to delete or remove.
In PC TuneUp it is not listed anywhere.
Once my trial of PCTuneUp is over & I don't purchase the program, I'm guessing all will go back to the way it was before I installed TuneUp and the "sleep" function will no longer be active, correct?
