Anyone able to assist on restoring AVG Ultimate license purchase through Google Play Store? I have email to AVG tech support team several times and they could not provide the right solution. The AVG tech support team could only give very "standard" solutions which are of no use to me at all. I think they have the worse tech support service I have ever encounter. Each time I replied their questions another new personnel will answer and I have to repeat my problem to them all over again! I have been doing this 5 times with 5 different tech support guys.
I have an annual subscription to AVG Zen (Android) through Google Play Store since June 2017. Everything was working fine until the recent auto-renewal that happens in June 2018. Out of the sudden all my devices (both Android and Windows) default back to "Free" mode. All attempts to reactivate the license has been tried and till today still no success.
Anyone with the same experience like mine?
