I understand but please be informed that the location in the Google Play Store is synchronized using your email account.
The location mentioned in the Google Play Store can not be changed by a VPN.

I have installed AVG VPN so that I can access apps from USA rather than UK, where I live. I have chosen USA Boston as my location but when I open Google Play Store my location is still UK. How do I change it to USA?
