I don't know if it is actually showing the image. From my end it just says "User-added image"
Just for information, I had already reset Chrome settings before asking on this forum and was still getting the error.
However, resetting it this time seemed to work.
I believe it to have been the problem of on eof my extensions.
On the first factory reset, I had re-enabled the majority of my extensions. But the problem persisted. I ended up removing most of the extensions I didn't really use/need–but that didn't seem to fix anything.
It seems that the settings of those extensions, even though removed, still existed within Chrome. So it took another reset to clear those out, possibly.
I presume it was an extension to Chrome causing this error.

AVG has detected the Google Chrome as a threat.
This could also be a false positive.
I request you to reset the browser to the default settings and check if you are still getting the message.
