I used your method. After two hours, things happened again but better than last night.when I use Avg cleaning after one more hours it need clean again and avg sencure can't use too .

The cache memory for AVG Clean Up program might be accumulated over a period of time, we suggest you to remove the cache memory on the AVG applications and check if the application is working fine.
Please follow the below instructions to delete the cache memory from your android device:
Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Antivirus-> Tap on clear cache & Clear data -> Force stop the app once.
Now restart your device once and check the status with AVG.

Do you mean that you couldn't use AVG Secure VPN app on your Android mobile?
