Got charge from a "free trial"

We'll certainly clarify this.
You have been charged because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for AVG TuneUp (60 day trial). We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email. This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

Unfortunately, you did not unsubscribe or raise a request to cancel the upcoming renewal. Could you clarify where did you see that there would not be any charge?

I got a free trial, it was explicitly said they would not charge me without me authorization, I just got a 50dls charge in my debit card.
