Got charged $225 and AVG denies that I have the premium $199. package

I wil not give my email address to this site and your emails to my site will not let me send info to you so… unless you contact my email with a reply adrress …  If you can't do this then I have no choice but to notify VISA and provide them with all our correspondence  and the email verfying confirmation that you received $199.   so they can start an investigation of fraud.   It is possible that someone has hacked inand using a clone website/ telephone service etc .  Imagine a Antivirus company getting hacked - what news that would be.

AVG denies that I have $199  premium package even thought I got an email  from them with a confirmation that they received payment Feb 11 2016.  I will notify  VISA about the fraud case.   AVG can't be wrong, right?  Buyer beware.
