Got charged for antitrack but got nothing

Hi, I tried free 30 days of anti track back in january after which I got charged for a year and kind of forgot about it. Now I wanted to install it and found out I have no subscription for it so I can't cancel it and AVG is trying to sell it to me again. Also my internet security says +(gift) breach guard but the breach guard also charged my paypal though I got a subscription for it so that is still not ok but not out of my hands. Please help me clean this up or I'll have to cancel everything and switch to some other antivirus for this is looking very bad for AVG. Is this normal for AVG?
