Got norton spy ware but a v g keeps blocking the spy ware and causing problems

From your post, I realize that you're using two antivirus programs on your computer.
Using multiple antivirus programs on the same PC might conflict with each other and cause various issues such as false-positive detections, performance degradation, system instability occurs, etc.,
To get rid of this and resolve this issue, I'd strongly recommend you to use one antivirus program on your computer. 
Uninstalling other antivirus software
