May I know which program shows you the renewal pop ups ?
And did you receive this notice by email or from desktop pop ups from AVG ?
And have you activated AVG program with  new license number ?
let us know and we will solve the issue .

I just received a renewal notice, but I renewed my account, order No. 35-5837402 on July 24. Is there a problem?
