Hello Fabio,
We regret for the inconvenience you are facing with the AVG PC TuneUp program. Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

Hello,
since I have installed AVG Tune Up I have a problem: use two users on my PC (Windows 10), the first, my, everything is ok, the second one some programs will not open either by clicking on their icon, as if no existed! For example, the Chrome browser, if I try to start it as an administrator opens it gives me a completely gray screen. I then tried to open the AVG always by the second user, but the result is the same, AVG is opened but it is completely gray.

I tried to restore all backups but unfortunately nothing has changed :frowning:
still gray screens
