WHY has the question repeated below been removed from the "Pending Review list" since it has not been answered neither has it been listed.
Built a nice new NUC machine and decided I wasn't confident in the MS offering, so clicked the "Plus" sign on my laptop's install of "AVG Free with Zen" expecting to download and install exactly the same product for this machine.
Apparently not the case!
It seems I have installed the full version on a trial basis.
I absolutely do not want trials of anything!
Can "Alan Binch" help me once more to remove this and advise me how to install the product I really want on my new machine??
Hardly suprprising that I want to discuss my problem with a "Native English Speaker", your command of the language seems almost as off kilter as your link!
The link provided by Karthikeyan does not just downgrade the install to the free version, it also REMOVES the Zen component completely.
This is not what I want, I want to have the same product that I installed over a year ago on my Erazer Laptop and my Vista PC which was "AVG FREE WITH ZEN"
Please can Alan deal with this???
