Today I spotted a hack alert message on my AVG Cleaner Pro. If I click to scan, the app crashes instantly. I tried half a dozen times to no avail. Restart does not help. As the crash occurs with lightning speed a screeenshot is of course impossible. What to do???

We would like to clarify that if you purchase AVG Subscriptions via the google play store, those subscriptions will not be visible under AVG My Account. 
To check your active Subscriptions in the google play store, please follow the below steps. 
> Go to your subscriptions. On an Android device: Open the Google Play app. At the top right, tap the profile icon. …
> Under “Subscriptions,” check the list of subscriptions for expired subscriptions or subscriptions with declined payment methods.
Have you submitted your request to AVG mobile team?
Did you try to reset AVG Cleaner and check it?
Please confirm the operating system installed on your mobile.
