Please clarify whether Enhanced firewall or Password protection in Hacker attacks tile is disabled at startup.
Also, let us know the version of AVG that is installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About).
My Hacker Protection and Password protection periodically stops working. I am not warned that it will happen nor have I received a notice that this is a bug in the program. You warn all the time about hackers and the protection that should be used but you do not take care to protect to which I have already subscribed.Pleasse let me know the solution.

I am 83 years old and I have no idea whether Enhanced firewall or Password protection in Hacker attacks title is disabled at startup. I don't know how to check. I accidentally discovered the problem some months ago but had no time to deal with it because my husband just passed away and there were more pressing areas with which to deal. Now, I check each day and if needed, correct it. I talked with another customer servicse person and he said that he would take control of my computer and fix it. Seems that the cure is deleting the version I have and installing a new version. My current version of AVG is 20.10.3157 (build 20.10.5824.626). I don't want someone else taking control of my computer. What is the solution? Can you guide me through the uninstall and new install? I could do that. I have done it with other programs.
