I apologize for the inconvenience. Please open AVG main console and click on your Email address. Select "Leave the network" and wait till the AVG Internet Security change to AVG Antivirus free. Once it changed to free version, restart your computer and then click "Connect" to reactivate AVG Internet Security Unlimited with your AVG Myaccount credentials
