Hacker Attack Protection

About 2 weeks ago I started having a problem on 2 computers with Hacker Attack Protection. Every time I turn either computer on (one Windows 7 and the other Windows 10) I have to go in and manually turn Hacker Attack Protection back on. I have tried Repairing AVG Antivirus, as per the instructions, on both computers without success. I have also tried reactivating AVG, it didn't make a difference either. Can someone explain why this is happening all of a sudden and how I can fix it please?
