Hi Kevin,
We will help you in this.
The Hacker Attacks issue was a bug and our developers have fixed it already.
Request you to uninstall using AVG Clear (https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=REM) and reinstall the application.
And yes, your subscription can be used in upto 5 devices.
What is the error message you get when you try the License Number if the 4th and 5th device?
And upon using which feature in the AVG Internet Security you are being asked to pay again?
I’ve read forums of people complaining of the Hacker Attacks part coming up as not protected.
You’ve said in 2020 you’d get this fixed and every time I turn on my computer it’s switched itself off, sometimes it glitches a few seconds while on and I find this function off again.
this leaves me feeling insecure. Do you need 2-3 months to fix this issue?
Also after paying for full subscription for 5 devices over 2 years I found it covered only three. The code did not work after 3.
Then I’ve been bombarded with pay for upgrades.
If I accepted all of your requests I’d be spending every month for what I’d pay another company for a complete years cover.
It now seems I got just a little above free cover! If I need to pay you for so many functions.
I paid your price but you seem to want money all the time.
So much for full cover.
Maybe you could explain this further as I feel I’m lacking functions and not secure!
