Do you mean Hacker Attacks component is inactive on main interface? Please provide a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of your AVG. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
My function Hacker Attacks is activated but in the summary of protection its shows that I am not protected and ask me to activate that parameter (which is activated) ???

How can I get you images of my AVG Internet Secutity images where we see that the main screen indicates to activate Hacker Attacks and Parameters section which shows that the parameter is actualy activated. Please advise how I can send you by email the attachement. Best regards
