Hacker living on my device

will anybody listen here? my device is an android I have avg premium and cleaner installed I also have Norton with life lock installed. a hacker has copyed all my shortcuts, apps, and links and kept his version on my desktop to go elsewhere. this is international crime he is from Brazil. running a cleaner won't help authorities catch him. look at my profile picture.
