I regret for the inconvenience caused. Please open the AVG Internet Security installed and click on Menu->Settings->Components. You can see the AVG Firewall disabled, please enable the same and check if that fix the issue. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
Hi, Today AVG Ultimate decided that it needed an update so clicked on the update now - then fun started:_
1 AVg would only load "free" version so downloaded Ultimate again and followed the system reboot process
2 on restart only free version shown so uninstalled AVG (along with associated reboots!) and downloaded Ultimate again following the required reboots
3 AVG shows that i am Fully protected but vulnerable to Hackers and I should turn on my enhanced Firewall (how?) clicked on fix problem - nothing went to Control Pannel and selected AVG and tried fixing installer from there (Reboots again required)
4 still no hacker protection!
I am running windows 10 if that makes any difference
Any suggestions before I bin AVG and buy A.N Other security.

Thanks a lot thats fixed it - Could not open Security installed until I ran a "Fix Install" from sytem setting though - another reboot, getting really god at those today! not sure why clicking " Thanks again for your help really appreciated
