Hacker Protection turning off?

I connected with an AVG technician on 9th December who was not able to fix this issue. He said he would escalate the issue but I have yet to hear back from anyone, and as far as I can see, no way to track the support ticket.

Are you able to help at all, please?

I'm not entirely sure how long this has been happening for, but definitely for at least 3 or 4 days. Every time I turn off/on or restart my PC, and I open AVG, the Hacker Protection tool is turned off and I have to manually turn it back on.

I have run a deep scan and found nothing, I have also repaired and reinstalled the software but it is still happening.

Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

Hi Santhosh

That's seems to have worked, but I now have another problem! I am unable to log in to my AVG accounts and it shows an error message saying I am not connected to the internet. This is also happening using Breachguard, which I have only just purchased and installed.
Any ideas?
