This isn't the experience we want you to have and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > About > Subscription. Check the expiry date and send me the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the expiry date. If the expiry date is not showing as 12/30/2018, Please click logout or Remove license. Wait till the program downgrades to AVG Free Antivirus. Then restart your computer and enter the license to reactivate the program. If you face any difficulties, please let me know I will help you to get in touch with the free remote service.
Hacker Protection is red and continually tells me to restart my PC in order to install it. I have done so but it does not work. All I get are more messages telling me to restart the PC. My patience is running out.
