Without being able to see what is happening it is hard to estimate what the situation is.
I see that you contacted our Remote Support and they ran a Scan on your computer where no threats were detected. Could you tell me how exactly are you able to determine that your computer is being controlled and monitored? Please check that you don't have any auto cleaning software installed on your computer.
Could you also tell me if you get any Detection messages from AVG? If yes, please provide a screenshot of the Detection message. Click Here for the steps to create a screenshot.

Yesterday about 8 PM hackers deleted lots of my files stored in one of my USB, those file spent me more than 8 hours, the AVG internet security can't protect me from very crazy chinese hackers' attack.
Who can help against the devils's crazy and very serious network criminals ?
I really need your help !
Even at this moment the hacker is monitoring and controlling my laptop.
