I have already installed and ran AVG on this device (Laptop) in April 2016. I haven't used the laptop for a while and I noticed I had no protection. I have tried to re-install a number of times. Always get to the 'protection install' reaches 100% but then displays 'sorry there was a problem' and always the same error code Oxc0070643 I have uninstalled from 'remove programs' and I have also completed the AVG remover without success. Hope you can help. Thanks.
