You have paid subscription of AVG Internet Security and AVG Anti-track under your account. Refer the below steps to activate it.
Open AVG Internet Security - Click on Menu - Click on Enter activation code
Once you enter the AVG subscription activation code, You can see list of paid subscription and click on Continue. Then, please restart the PC once.
Now, please check whether both AVG programs activated successfully.
Note : You can see the activation code in your AVG MyAccount.

Greetings from South West Scotland. As stated above, I had full protection untiI today when I erroneously downloaded a free Browser Protection thing and now I am showing as having Basic Protection only. Sorry to be a nuisance, but can you help, please? James D
