WANT A REFUND for the second upgrade. I was pestered until I believed it was necessary for the upgrade to the AVG TUNEUP or whatever. The refund I want is for the upgrade on 8/28/21 ? probably wee hours into 8/29/21 ??

I want to keep the "FIRST UPGRADE" which was $ 23.88.
Just need the second upgrade removed and refunded. NOT NECESSARY, and did not clean up the Performance Issues that it was purchased for.
