Hello Bill,

May I know if you have this AVG Secure VPN program installed on your Windows or android device?

Have paid for vpn app. Had to change browser and now vpn does not work. Tried other browsers with no luck. Now avg dashboard and avg account site has no record of my licence payment altho Google play states its paid till next year.

clicked link for mobile support. the page tells me to open the app and click on help to contact mobile support. as the app WON'T OPEN I Can't contact mobile support this way. it says it Can't synch with Google play gives either error 4 or error 1.2.1001 due to (I guess) no licence info on your site. who do I contact now?
