Had to reinstall my purchases and now hot worrking

I had the antivirus, cleaner, antitrack and VPN installed on my Android tablet but had problems with them so l went for a reinstallation.  It's all worked fine up to now.  The system says it doesn't recognise me and wants me to pay again when there's months left on my subscription.  Does anyone know what's happened?
