Hello James,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
May  know the name of the AVG Program installed on your system?
Have you  tried to add NAS to exception list of AVG Program?
Are you using free or paid version of AVG Program?

Had to remove your product as it blocked my NAS   . poff in the fact is that I did restart all devices in order updated NAS SW and again restarted  . Porblem started when the AVG protection was nstalled and went away when the AVG product as removed …  So this is just information as I do not think that I will install your product
