I have just had to endure over half an hour of trying to plead with someone on the live chat to refund me for a TuneUp subscription that I've just renewed as AVG told me was about to expire and the truth of it is, it has another three months to run. THIS HAPPENS EVERY YEAR and it is driving me crazy. AVG you need to sort out your subscription renewal notifications so that you are not fleecing people for money they do not owe you and get people on your live chat who actually have half a brain. If I could print out here the ridiculous conversation I've just had, we could all have a good laugh I am sure…except that its not funny, its absolutely tragic.
