The content of the messages in the popup may or may not be an issue, that remains to be seen.
The key word is missing from that sentence,
so for all I know it could read: "… because the connection is blue/red/missing/fluffy/peeing"
when starting mt mail program, AVG displays a message that is only half

I appreciate all the answers, but you all fail to understand my question 
I want to know what the ending of that sentence is!!!

Because the connection is WHAT???
