Hard drive in constant use

I understand your concern.
I would like to inform you that AVG has many Real Time Services running in the background to keep your computer protected.

Also, please check the Programs List and make sure that you have only one AVG Internet Security installed on your computer.

My hard drive is in constant use and the task manager indicates AVG is the top user.  This is a 1 yr old dell Inspiron 15.  Why is AVG monopolizing the hard drive?
