Hard to understand support workers w/strong for

Later on, you will get the pop ups to purchase the AVG PC Tuneup. Is this is the issue or situation you are facing with?

Although I use free AVG, I spent $50 for a one-time problem fix.  Although it is called "one-time", you can call repeatedly for the same problem if it keeps recurring.  Consequently, I spoke to many support staff to fix the same problem.  All of the staff I spoke with were in the Phillipines.  I don't mean to sound rude or offensive, but at least 75% of them had very strong accents which made it VERY difficult to understand them.  This proved very annoying and frustrating and prolonged the calls by 20-45 minutes.   The language problem also caused many of them to misunderstand some of my questions because their English was not extensive enough.  Again, I don't mean to be offensive, but if I'm paying for service, it should not be so frustrating and annoying

I'd like to have native English speakers.
