Has anyone been charged & when you log in there are no payments listed?!

HAS ANYONE BEEN CHARGED FOR FIRST TIME USE & WHEN I LOG IN THERE ARE NO PAYMENTS LISTES.  IT SAYS 0.00!! I JUST DON'T GET IT?
