Has anyone else had a hard time getting a refund?

I requested a refund the same day they were unable to install the antivirus program. Got an email your refund was processed and sent to your bank. Called my bank a week later and still no refund. Emailed AVG twice and no response now. Does AVG make it a point not to refund customers their money and if so then it shows what kind of company they really are.

If you have still not received the refund please reply back to the same email from which you have received the confirmation for the refund so that the case will be escalated to our higher level refund team and they will analyze the issue for you and provide you with the refund as soon as possible.
