Hello Stephen,
My name is Jovana and I'm with AVG senior support. Firstly please accept my sincere apologies for the delay.
This is certainly not the usual response time, and we're doing our best to improve it. I hope this message finds you well.
I'm sorry to hear this issue caused such frustration, I assure you that this was not the experience we wanted you to have. Due to constant updates, and often changes, sometimes it happens that an error is missed, and I sincerely apologize for this. However, I understand your point and you are right to be careful about these situations.
I reported this to the respective team so they can correct it as soon as possible.
If you need any further help, feel free to write back to us at any time.
Have a great day!

Disappointed in your lack of response on this issue. Until resolved, I have no confidence whatsoever in any 'pop-ups' from 'AVG' and will assume they are all a threatening scam, and will ignore… One of the 1st things we're taught in receiving phishing emails is to check the spelling, no professional companywould send such an error out…
Can I assume that the 'higher level' of support have a team working on the issue of who failed to use a spellchecker when creating the errant pop up message?
Below is the screenshot with incorrectc spelling of, 'keep', pretty unproffessional?

Just had one pop up saying I was suceptable to fake WEsites…not web, but we… cummon AVG! heard of F7?

Just got this pop up - looks very suspicious!
Oh, just tried to upload a photo, there's no option to do so!!
Pop up spells, 'Keep' as 'ceep'!
