23rd December 2021. Notice pops up while I busy, telling me my Internet Security due for renewal and gives me a price and option I click yes…2mins later another notice, offer of a package for 3 Items including the one I just agreed…I click yes. The three they renewed did not include the one I thought I had already agreed to, but oh well. Now, today they inform me via email that they have taken a payment to renew Tune Up, which was already within the package of 3? I check, and yes they have renewed Tune up so now I am paying for 2 Tune ups…Yet still, the original one I was fist asked to renew early (Security scan) Is now die for payment on 15th!!! Why would I need 2 Tune ups? And yes the 'time to run' has been adjusted accordingly…Does AVG think I am made of money? How do I get them to sort all this out and refund anything overpaid?
