Customer for many years down loaded AVG security paid using care two deferent icons have appeared one that has taken over my browser not the square icon with the four colours but oval shaped with three colours I have run the AvG and it says I am not protected from hackers I am unable to use my browser l am panicking can’t remember  my password to talk to support help
