Has there been a solution to the oneclick.exe and integrator.exe crashes?

Hi, Alan, thanks for the link. I dutifully followed all the instructions, wrote out a long explanation, and then saw that "email" and "chat" was grayed out. No way to send it.

Seriously, how hard can it be to contact support, and to solve a problem so many people seem to be having. I've really enjoyed this product – right up until it malfunctioned.

I've really enjoyed this product for a week of the trial period and want to buy it, but not if it crashes when 1-click tries to the check the Browser. Hello, AVG? Any guidance here?
