Hate how slow AVG operates

Hi Mary,

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to look into this & help you.
Initially, please clarify whether AVG TuneUp is installed on your computer. If so, let us know whether you've tried optimizing the computer using it.
Also, help us with the operating system installed on your device.

It takes almost 10 minutes for my computer to be able to be used.  And woe is me, to try to go online for any email checking or research or bank accounts… SO SLOW I WANT TO CANCEL AND I WILL FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT, THAT DOES  NOT SLOW MY COMPUTER DOWN TO A SNAIL CRAWL!!!  DISGUSTED… THIS HAPPENED ONE TIME BEFORE AND HAD TO SPEND TIME FOR TECH SUPPORT TO CHANGE SETTINGS…   I HAVE NOT TOUCHED SETTINGS AND HERE WE ARE AGAIN, AFTER A FEW MONTHS!  STOP SLOWING ME DOWN, SO I CAN WORK!!!
